2. The Service

PlayTools provides free online calculators, converters, and developer utilities. Most tools run entirely in your browser; inputs are not sent to our servers except where a tool explicitly needs an online service to work (for example, fetching current exchange rates or creating a short link), as described in our Privacy Policy. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time without notice.

3. No Professional Advice

All results are provided for general informational and educational purposes. Financial, tax, health, and fitness calculators produce estimates based on the inputs you provide and the formulas described on each page. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or medical advice. Always verify important figures with a qualified professional or the official source before making decisions.

4. Accuracy and Data Sources

We work to keep formulas and reference data — such as exchange rates, sales-tax rates, and time-zone rules — accurate and up to date, and we cite sources on the relevant pages. However, rates and rules change, and we make no warranty that any result is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; (c) scrape or automatically query the Site at a volume that degrades service for others; (d) use the URL Shortener to disguise links to malware, phishing, spam, or other harmful content; or (e) interfere with or manipulate advertisements displayed on the Site, including generating invalid clicks or impressions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, code, and graphics are owned by PlayTools or its licensors. Content you create using our tools — for example, generated passwords, formatted code, converted images, or ID photos — belongs to you. Third-party libraries and models used by certain tools are subject to their own open-source licenses, credited where applicable.

7. Advertising and Third Parties

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of PlayTools is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
